What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are your patterns for sale?
Unfortunately our patterns are not for sale at the moment. All patterns are created by us from scratch.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Since all products are made-to-order the production time will be 1-4 weeks depending on how many orders we receive. After your parcel is shipped out the normal shipping time inside.
